Pet Policy

We are a pet-friendly community and welcome your furry companions! Below is our pet policy to ensure the comfort and safety of all residents and their pets:

General Guidelines

  • Pet Limit: A maximum of two (2) pets per apartment/home is allowed.

Fees and Rent

  • Pet Fee: A one-time $350.00 non-refundable fee is required for each pet.
  • Pet Rent: $30.00 per pet, per month will be added to your rent.

Breed and Weight Restrictions

  • No Breed Restrictions: All breeds are welcome in our community.
  • Weight Restrictions: There are no weight restrictions for pets.

Additional Requirements

  1. Pets must be kept on a leash in all common areas.
  2. Pet owners are responsible for cleaning up after their pets, both indoors and outdoors.
  3. Pet behavior must be appropriate for community living. Excessive barking, aggressive behavior, or destruction of property may result in additional fees or the removal of the pet from the premises.
