Leasing and Renting
The application fee is $69 per applicant. The fee is non-refundable given the fact that it covers the cost of processing your application.
Yes, the admin fee is $150.
The deposit is $250 up to a full month’s rent. Deposit due within 72 hrs of approval.
Residents are responsible for Gas, Electric and Water/Sewer.
